Doors open at 11 AM with brunch cocktails, a full BBQ menu from the open-air grill on the deck and live entertainment from midday onwards. Our kitchen will be running an all-day BBQ menu featuring slow-smoked Texas brisket, garlic-marinated prawns, classic snags with caramelised onion, jackfruit pulled-pork rolls and crisp vegetarian sides. Drink-wise, you'll find rotating $10 frozen cocktails, jugs of Pimms, a curated wine-by-the-glass selection and tap-pours straight from local breweries. Brunch sets a softer tone in the morning, while the afternoon picks up steam as the deck fills.
Live acoustic music plays in the early afternoon, rolling into a DJ set as the sun heads toward the horizon. We've got a craft activity corner for the kids, a Polaroid photo station and a small market with neighbourhood makers selling everything from candles to ceramics. This is the ideal way to send off the long weekend — unhurried, social, and overlooking the best water view in East Perth.
