Introduction
Round up the crew — Friday night at Claisebrook is all about cocktails on the cove, with the whole deck transformed into a candlelit waterfront cocktail bar. Half-price signature cocktails run all night long, DJ sets kick off at 9 PM and a relaxed dress code means come as you are. The setup makes the city feel like it's a thousand kilometres away, even though you can see it from the deck.
Our bartenders are running a rotating list of classics with a twist — think Claisebrook espresso martinis with local Bunbury beans, spicy margaritas with house-pickled chilli, lychee martinis and a few seasonal surprises you genuinely won't find anywhere else in Perth. There's a complete zero-proof list available for non-drinkers, plus charcuterie boards from the kitchen designed to share between four. Photographers are on the deck most weeks if you want a polaroid for the group.
Walk-ins welcome but if you're rolling deep with five or more, message us ahead to reserve a corner of the deck. The room fills up by 10 PM most Fridays so plan to arrive earlier rather than later. This is the most genuinely social night of the week at Claisebrook — expect to leave with new mates, slightly tipsy and definitely not ready for it to end.
